1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the customer") and ZentelTV ("we", "us", "our"), trading from 64-73 Minories, London EC3N 1JL, United Kingdom. They govern your purchase and use of any subscription, trial or other service we provide via zenteltv.uk.

By placing an order, accepting a free trial, or otherwise using our service, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. The service we provide

ZentelTV provides a private IPTV streaming subscription that delivers live television channels and on-demand video content over the internet, in line with the plan you have purchased. The service is delivered to a personal device of your choice using IPTV-compatible apps. We continuously work to maintain channel availability and quality, but channel line-ups, broadcasters and codecs may change from time to time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to subscribe. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide (including your email and payment details) is accurate and that you are using the service for personal, household, non-commercial use only.

4. Account and credentials

After purchase, we issue you a personal IPTV line — typically a username, password and server URL, or an M3U/Xtream Codes link. You are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential. Sharing them with people outside your household, or using them on more devices than your plan allows, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Pricing, payment and renewal

• All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken upfront for the full plan duration (1 month, 3 months, 12 months, or Family Pack 12 months).
• There is no automatic renewal. When your plan expires, the service stops. To continue, you place a new order.
• We accept payment by card, PayPal, UK bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency.
• We may change pricing for new orders at any time. Existing active plans are unaffected for their remaining duration.

6. Free trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion, normally for 24 hours, and require no payment information. They are limited to one per household. We reserve the right to refuse or shorten trials in cases of abuse (e.g. multiple trials from the same network).

7. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Resell, sub-license, or commercially redistribute the service.
• Share your credentials outside your household.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, reverse-engineer our infrastructure, or scrape our channel data.
• Record and republish content in breach of broadcasters' rights.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose under UK law.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Service availability

We target 99.9% server uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief outages can occur for maintenance, broadcaster issues, internet routing problems, or events outside our reasonable control. We will work to restore service as quickly as possible. Where an outage materially affects you in the first 7 days, our Refund Policy may apply.

9. Internet connection requirements

You are responsible for your own internet connection. We recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K UHD streaming. We are not liable for streaming issues caused by inadequate bandwidth, ISP throttling, or restrictive firewalls/VPNs on your network.

10. Intellectual property

All branding, design, copy and software on zenteltv.uk belong to ZentelTV or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify or republish any part of the website or service without our written permission.

11. Third-party content

Channels and on-demand content are provided by third parties. We act as a technical intermediary and do not own the underlying broadcasts. Where rights holders contact us with valid takedown requests, we comply in line with our DMCA / takedown policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription, with or without notice, if:

• You materially breach these Terms.
• You file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute.
• We are required to do so by law or court order.

Where termination follows a clear breach, no refund is due. You may stop using the service at any time — your subscription will simply expire on its end date.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the "Last updated" date refreshed. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own courts.
